Pezenas is the perfect base from which to explore the local area - a beautiful mediaeval place bustling with shops, bars, restaurants, museums, etc. It also has a long tradition of local 'artisans', so don't miss all the workshops and galleries! The old town dates back to the 1300's and we love just soaking up the atmosphere when sitting outside a local cafe.
Swimming, walking, shopping, local history, cinema, theatre, tennis, golf, browsing the large local market, lazing outside cafe-restaurants... :) So much to do around here you shouldn't get bored! |

Long sandy Mediterranean beaches (25 minutes), rolling vineyards (5 mins), rivers and lakes, and ancient volcanic mountains are all close by.
Travel:-
The nearest airports with cheap flights are: Beziers Cap d'Agde (20 mins), Montpellier (45 mins), Perpignan, Carcassonne, Nimes, Marseille, Toulouse, and Girona.
The nearest motorways are: A9 and A75 (5 mins away).
The nearest train station is at Beziers (25 mins away), served by the TGV fast trains from Paris which only take 4 hours, as well as trains from places along the coast like Monaco. |

| All my bedrooms are air-conditioned doubles. Two of these form a Suite on the top floor, which has a landing, shower room/WC, and a small enclosed balcony room.
You have use of your own terrace outside. Also included in your stay is use of our 9 x 4.5 metre pool in the mornings and when you return from your days out visiting the area or being at the beach!

Welcome to "La Siroque", our home in the very popular town of Pezenas in the Languedoc area of the South of France!
(We also have a second villa with pool, which can be rented on a self-catering basis.)
La Siroque is a spacious architect-designed villa on 3 floors. We have air-conditioning and you have a choice of double bedrooms or a suite for guests which can each be rented for one night or longer periods. There's a large swimming pool, several terrace areas, gardens, a grand piano, and free parking.
The centre of the famous mediaeval town of Pezenas is a very short walk from the villa. The long, sandy beaches of the Mediterranean are a short distance to the south. To the north there are the mountains and lakes. This is the perfect base if you want to enjoy the South of France and remember what life really should be about!
It's very peaceful and relaxing here at La Siroque. It's possible to find bed and breakfast accommodation in small villages 10km from Pezenas where you need a car to do anything. Here at La Siroque you get a great location and all the services - for a lower price!
Great for a holiday, a long weekend, a stopover on the way to Spain or somewhere else, or for house-hunting in the Languedoc! Children and dogs are welcome!
