Looking for something to use for storage of a trailer, the odd spa on ocassions, tools & spare parts etc. Sometimes to use as a workshop to pre assemble benches for wooden hot tubs but mainly to use as storage for equipment and spares associated with the pools, spas and saunas business. When working there it will only be ocassionally with hand power tools (sander, drill, screwdriver etc.) at most and not big industial machines etc. Needs to be dry and secure year round.
