The house is on two floors with the living area being on the second floor. The ground floor houses the double garage and storage area. The spacious open plan living area has seating for seven including sofas and arm chairs, there is a television with Sky freeview channels, also DVD, Video and CD players. There are dining table and chairs with seating for 8 including sofa bed. The large modern fitted kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric hob and oven, microwave and grill. The bedrooms are well furnished with plenty of clothes storage the 2 double bedrooms having wardrobes and draw units for ample storage. The master bedroom has a king sized double bed. French doors open out out onto the front terrace which is perfect for that morning cup of coffee in the sun. The second double bedroom enjoys a double aspect making it a sunny room. The third bedroom has a double sofa bed with a single bunk over it. There are 2 further small single beds which can be moved from room to room to suit your requirements. This bedroom also has a TV with games console. A travel cot and high chair are available if required.The full sized pool has a fully paved terrace surround. There are chairs, dining table and sun beds provided also a barbecue.The house is fully centrally heated for winter lets and has a wood burning fireplace. Wi Fi Internet connection, telephone and fax are both available for your use. |
