The house is located down a country track amidst the vineyards in a totally peaceful situation. However, there are shops and restaurants just a 5 minute drive away in the villages of Maureilhan, Puisserguier or Montady and a supermarket within 10 minutes drive.

Go through the courtyard gate and up a few steps to the first floor balcony where you enter into the kitchen/living/dining room of the apartment.

There is a small kitchen area with cooking facilities and fridge as well as dining table, chairs, 2 armchairs, a traditional open fireplace, with a window to one side overlooking the courtyard garden.

At the back of this room a door leads to the double bedroom, with window overlooking vineyards, and with en-suite bathroom (WC, shower, and washbasin).

The apartment is 35 sq. meters with a small balcony on first floor and has been tastefully decorated throughout to a high standard.

The garden consists of a large lawn with mature roses, shrubs and bushes and a private terrace with patio furniture. There are views on all sides of vineyards.
Vines as far as the eye can see!

The lawned area is very attractive with well-tended flowering areas and a large private terrace with patio furniture.

It is also close to plenty of waterside restaurants along the Canal du Midi in pretty neighbouring villages.

The lively town of Beziers with its main promenade, the 'Allees', and a myriad of pavement cafes and restaurants is only around 20 minutes away.
