The property is located in the picturesque village of Ners of 550 inhabitants in the heart of the Gard region.
Ners provides a peaceful environment for your holiday yet is only a few minutes to shops, 25km to the town of Uzes and 30km to the Roman town of Nimes.
There is a grocery store, bakery, butchers, post office and a newsagent in Ners.
The village is in a lovely location, surrounded by vineyards and with the Gardon river flowing through the village.
Spacious 950m2 semi-detached Maison de Maitre consisting of 3 separate gites sharing a main courtyard and large garden, private swimming pool, a terrace and courtyard area with BBQ, garden furniture, sun loungers, ping-pong, children's outdoor games, games room and a petanque playing area.
Each gite has its own kitchen and dining areas as well as the bedrooms.
There is a large exterior dining area as well as a 'party room' for larger gatherings.
In total there are 12 bedrooms with 16 single beds, 7 double beds, 2 children's beds; 6 bathrooms, 3 with bath and 3 shower rooms and 6 WC; a small library and a keep fit room.
