The apartment is light and airy, comfortable, newly furnished with a private terrace, lounge, kitchen, dining room, two shower rooms and available with one or two bedrooms. It is a pretty, rural setting and yet within walking distance of the market town of Lodeve with all its amenities. Private use of large heated pool (Mid-May - September) on half share with the owners of the villa. The apartment is on the first floor of the villa with its own private entrance across a footbridge at ground level from the lane alongside the house from its own private parking space, therefore no stairs. The apartment has large bedrooms with storage space, the optional single or double beds have cotton sheets. The relaxing sitting room has two sofas, cupboards and bookself. There is a large plasma television with UK free-to-air channels. The kitchen has a double induction hob, multi-function oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, leading to a dining area with breakfast bar, dining table and chairs and door to sun terrace with further dining table and chairs. There’s two recently installed shower rooms and wcs with washing machine.

The region is a spiritual paradise for hikers and explorers of all kinds. Good start and finish day is Friday for easier flight bookings and more comfortable ferry crossings. Flights Gatwick or Leeds to Montpellier by EasyJet or Bristol to Beziers, Dublin, Liverpool and Stansted to Carcassonne or Rodez by Ryan Air. Rail to Montpellier via Paris or Lille and by car on new autoroute via Millau Bridge
