On the outskirts of the village Prades-sur-Vernazobre (250 inhabitants), located on a 3000 m2 wooded terrain, you'll find this villa with a magnificent view over the vineyards. The swimming-pool (4 x 8 m) lies on a lower terrain, with sunny terrace and garden-furniture. The swimming-pool is surrounded with lighting.
