The picturesque village Cailhau is situated south-west from Carcasonne. This new luxurious villa built in 2005 on a 2800 m2 terrain is situated on the border of this village. From the terrace you have a magnificent view over the vineyard and you can see as far as the Pyrenees. The lower situated swimming-pool (5 x 10 m) with plenty of terraces has underwater lights and there are lounge chairs. The villa is well furnished with taste and provided with all comfort.
Entrance with separate toilet. From the hall there s access to the large living and dining room with partly open kitchen. There s a large sofa, dining-corner, TV (French and Dutch channels), CD-player and cupboards. Kitchen with fridge, halogen cooker, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher and all necessary equipment for 6 persons. From the living room and the kitchen you have access to the south facing covered terrace. From the kitchen you have access to the storage room where you find the washingmachine, dryer, and all other appliances.
Large bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200) and built-in wardrobe and an en suite. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds (90 x 200) and 1 single bed (90 x 200), both with wardrobe. Another large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and 2 washbasins. There is garden furniture: table, chairs, barbecue and parasol.
Other shops you ll find in Belveze du Razes (3 km) or you can go to the Intermarché in Montreal. Nice day trips to Carcasonne, the medieval centre of Mirepoix, Limoux or Fanjeau, skiing possibilities at a distance of 40 km. Andorra (tax-free shopping) is also nearby. |
