Montpeyroux is a lively village where visitors are encouraged to join in the summer fetes, which take place during July and August. It is well served with shops including a bakery/patisserie, butcher, post office, cafe and wine bar. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes drive. The village is well known for the high quality of its wine and boasts several of the regions best producers. Swim at Mediterranean beaches 35 mins, Lac Salagou 10 mins, H?rault river 10 mins. There is excellent walking and cycling from the front door and surrounding hills.

Designed for out door living this modern self-contained apartment. Attached to the owner's residence, it is situated in the peaceful hamlet of St Etienne about 2kms from the centre of Montpeyroux. Guests have free access to the owners pool and surrounding gardens. Zoe will ensure that your stay is enjoyable as possible and that your privacy is respected.

This ground floor property has a double bedroom with large sliding glass doors to the west facing front garden area from which there are extensive views. There is a full sized double bed and hanging cupboard.

The living room has comfortable armchairs and television and CD player and video. It has direct access via sliding glass windows to the private terrace area.

The garden is extensive and planted with colourful Mediterranean plants and lawns. There is also a covered terrace area off the living room with garden furniture and purpose built barbecue for dining al fresco and provides shade from the heat of he midday sun. Poolside deck chairs and parasol available. Covered parking provided.
