There is open-plan living dining, kitchen area with large windows that open wide to reveal a stunning view of the inland salt water lagoon and in the distance the Pyrenees Mountains. There is a fixed bunk bed with storage below and ample room for a sofa bed therefore giving the potential to sleep 5 people. SITUATION:
The apartment is situated close to the working port and has stunning views of boats moored in the harbour. It is also very close to a long sandy beach making it ideal for renting and to use as a holiday home.

PORT LEUCATE:
Port Leucate is located approximately 20 minutes drive north of Perpignan and approximately 90 minutes drive from the ski resorts in the Pyrenees Mountains.
There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants plus a doctors surgery, children's playgrounds etc. There is a wide selection of water sports on offer including windsurfing, kite-surfing, sailing and cannoeing. There is also an aqua park, and an adventure park all within easy reach.
