Port Leucate is a well maintained very French holiday town. It is fairly quiet out of season but gets very busy in high season with many bars and restaurants offering entertainment.
Our apartment is situated in a quiet leafy cul-de-sac only a 5 minute walk from the beach and marina and all local amenities. We have recently refurbished throughout and it offers comfortable, bright accommodation with everything you require for a relaxing holiday.
The outside open terrace is in sun all day long and is a delightful place to sit in the evenings watching the sun set over the Pyrenees.
There is a main bedroom with double bed and its own small balcony. The second bedroom again with a double bed and its own sitting area, is situated on the mezzanine floor. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage and hairdryers are supplied for your convenience.
We provide all linen and towels, except beach towels, but there are beach mats available and sun loungers for the terrace. We also provide a cool bag and ice blocks and a beach bag for your convenience.
There are cooling fans and electric convector heaters for those out of season months - we are only an hour and a half from the ski resorts in the Pyrenees.
The apartment has its own numbered parking space in a secure car park.
Because of the steep steps outside and the stairs to the mezzanine it is unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. We do not accept pets and the apartment and terrace are non-smoking.
There are several accessible airports such as Carcassonne, Perpignan, Montpellier and Girona in Spain all within a 2 hour drive.
