 
With its many mountains, strong winds and hot afternoons, Languedoc Roussillon is an excellent place to paraglide. Our map shows two sites in the Cevennes (3,4), and two in the Pyrenees (5,6). There is a well-organised ballooning school too - near Uzes (1) - that offer superb trips over the regions mountains and river gorges. And LeziAviation(2) offer guided flying tours over the cathar Castles.
