Carcassonne Airport |
Carcassonne Airport - or 'Salvaza' is located 3km west of Carcassonne town. It's a tiny airport and so is a breeze compared to the Heathrows of this world. The cafe on the first floor is a great place to sit waiting for your RyanAir flight to arrive - with a great view over the runway.
There's a car park isn't that cheap - so if you're driving to Carcassonne airport to pick people up, pop into the restaurant and get a Free voucher to use their car park.
